OFFICE CO-ORDINATOR

Men in White is currently looking for a highly motivated part-time office all-rounder in our home-based Randwick office.

The position is a part time position from Monday - Friday, and involves 3 - 4 hours a day.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist owner with all administrative duties
  • Manage and maintain the job database (within an Excel spreadsheet)

          This includes entering new jobs, quote details and amendments, additions

  • Follow up quotes emailed to potential customers
  • Prepare contracts for painting customers and follow up deposits
  • Review emails received throughout the day and forward to owner
  • Liaise with clients
  • MYOB data entry including –
    • Sales invoices
    • Accounts payable invoices
    • Payroll
    • Reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts
    • Reconciliation of petty cash (as well as within an Excel spreadsheet)
  • Maintain cash flow on Google document
  • Prepare job Profit & Loss reports

 

Essential Attributes:

  • Permanent resident of Australia
  • Qualification in administration Preferred (e.g. Cert III of Administration or above)  
  • Minimum 2 years full time experience in administration
  • Minimum 2 years full time experience in MYOB (including Payroll)
  • Impeccable phone manner
  • Well presented and spoken (fluent in English – both written and spoken)
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent time management
  • A team player with outstanding attention to detail
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Self motivated, accommodating and eager to please
