Quote Roller Blog on Men in White Painting Randwick
Men in White has been using the marvellous Quote Roller software since October 2012. Quote Roller has significantly improved our workflow by streamlining the quoting process, making it quicker and easier to generate professional quotes. It also keeps all the information in one place for easy tracking.
Quote Roller integrates with CRM and HighRise software – which means that when I write a painting quote on Quote Roller, the client’s contact details are automatically recognised and imported. Once I have sent the quote I am notified when the quote is opened and, as there is a quick link for the client to accept or discuss the quote, I am able to respond easily to the client.
One of my favourite features is that clients can pay a deposit directly with PayPal by clicking actively on the proposal. Once a proposal is accepted, I export the job as a work order in BaseCamp and as a draft invoice in Xero – to make sure that the job is invoiced once completed!
The best thing I like about Quote Roller is that it allows me to save templates for both contents and pricing tables. As most quotes are largely template-based, I don’t have to reinvent the wheel and I don’t leave out important details.
I was chuffed that Jennifer Riggens from QuoteRoller dedicated this week’s blog to Men in White.
