Strathfield Plaza exterior repaint

IN 2008 Men in White completed the exterior of the Strathfield Plaza for MemoCorp. The 1981 building was unpainted brick and we converted it to the branding colour for Memocorp: Raku.

We worked from a swinging stage provided by “Instant scaffold” and applied a Dulux Acratex coating system: one coat solvent sealer and two coats Elastomeric Raku Grey Matt.

There were a number of challenges to overcome:

• cleaning windows,
• obtaining access to the neighbouring properties,
• deactivating the phone transmitting towers,
• simultaneous building repairs.

We overcome these issues in partnership with the client: Memocorp. We painted the exterior of Bass Hill Plaza for Memocorp in 2009.

The result was amazing!
