Surry Hills Strata Repaint

We prepared and painted a free standing 7 storey Strata building in Surry Hills in 2010.

We used a combination of access methods: abseiling, scaffold and swinging stage.

We washed the masonry and applied a coat of solvent sealer and two finish coats of Dulux Elastomeric.

The project required a high level of communication with residents and special attention to the pedestrians on the busy street below.
The project included waterproofing of flat concrete roofs and improving the plumbing.

The job turned out very well and it is still looking great 8 years later!
