MIW restored a pool courtyard in 2014, including a galvanised iron steel staircase over a pool.
Protection was important, and we covered the pool with heavy duty plastic.
We pressure washed all the walls and removed all the unsound paint from the staircase and applied a two coat system of Dulux Protective Coatings: an epoxy undercoat Durebild STE and overcoat Weathermax.
We also stripped back the timber railing and re-stained.
We have given the timber railing a drink of oil on two occasions since we finished and the job is still looking great in 2018!”
