Exterior repaint for a home in Kingsford, Sydney

We recently completed the exterior of a home in Kingsford, Sydney.

The existing coating of the fascias was degraded and had to be completely removed. We removed the coating back to raw timber using Festool Orbital sanding machines – with a long hose attached to a Festool Vacuum to extract all the dust.

The client chose black for the fascia, and we recommended Resene Cool Colour Lumbersider.

We primed the fascia with Dulux Precision High Opacity Oil based undercoat to make a white surface before application of the Black Cool Colour Resene Paint.

The coating on the bricks was unsound, and we removed the unsound coating to expose the raw brick. We used the “Lets Clean” proprietary pressure wash, and vacuum system invented by Walter Heim. The nozzle cleans, and the adjacent nozzle sucks – so no mess!

The client was delighted with the result, and so were we.
